Dr Carl Van Geem

Researcher in road management and monitoring techniques. Since 2004 he is working in the 'Mobility, security and road management' division of the Belgian Road Research Centre (BRRC). In 1996, Carl Van Geem earned the doctoral degree in technical sciences from the Research Institute on Symbolic Computation (RISC-Linz), Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria.

Membership is on a calendar year basis. Membership applications received after 1 December will be made effective as of 1 January of the following year, unless otherwise requested.
* Subscription is a lump sum that has to be paid by new Members willing to join the association.
